If there is a size, color or fit issue with your product, you can raise an exchange request within 15 days of receiving the product. Reverse shipping would be from your side and after receiving the returned product successfully by us, we will dispatch your required product on priority basis.
To schedule a exchange/replacement, please fill in the exchange/replacement Form which is available in the ‘My Orders’ section of your kalakaar parindey Account. After fill this form, make a printout and paste it on the return packet. you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit, and do self-shipped product(s) as soon as possible, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:
- Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, undetached MRP tag, product’s original packaging, freebies and accessories)
- The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes
- You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 15 days of its date of delivery.
- All refunds will be credited in your account which you used to shop on kalakaarparindey.com
- If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access wallet
